Personality:
Tak Kean was born in 1976, Cambodian. He is from Battambang Province. He currently lives in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He is married with two children, the son's name Kanann born in 1999 and the daughter's name Kannitha born in 2004.

Graduated with Master of Computer Science (2005), Bachelor+1 of Pedagogical development (1999) at National Institute of Education (NIE), Bachelor of Mathematics (1998) at Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
